Automotive Technical Center

The Automotive Technical center exists to support the automotive industry in North America and around the world. We provide, plastic assembly feasibility, weld joint design for appropriate processes, prototype tooling, prototype part runs, pre-production part runs, final check out and run-off of production tools and much more.

We have installed the newest ultrasonic welder technology available in our demonstration room with additional space to house customer machines. This will allow automotive engineers to perform tooling check out and validation on their equipment. Our laboratory welders are now networked directly to our global applications lab using Dukane’s new remote iQ explorer software. Our new computer network has also made it possible to be tied directly to our CAD system at Dukane’s headquarters in St. Charles, IL.

The new facility has a technical training room allowing us to accommodate
local seminars and space is available for future growth.

From Detroit Wayne County Airport: Take I-94 West 3.5 miles to I-275 North. Then I-275 North 18.3 miles to I-96 West. Take I-96 West 5.8 miles to Beck Road Exit 160. Make a right hand turn on Beck Road heading North. Go 0.9 miles North and turn left into drive just before West Road traffic light. Park in front of Suite C-101. If missing driveway before West Road light, make a left turn onto West Road and make immediate left turn into driveway.

From the West: Take Us-23 North or South to get to I-96 East. Travel I-96 East of US-23, 12.6 miles to Beck Road Exit 160. Make a left turn on Beck Road heading North. Go 0.9 miles North and turn left into drive just before West Road traffic light. Park in front of Suite C-101. If missing driveway before West Road light, make a left turn onto West Road and make immediate left turn into driveway.

From the East: Take I-75 North or South to I-696 West. Take I-696 West to I-96 West. Take I-96 West 5.8 miles to Beck Road Exit 160. Make right turn on Beck Road heading North. Go 0.09 miles North and turn left into drive just before West Road traffic light. Park in front of Suite C-101. If missing driveway before West Road light, make a left turn onto West Road and make immediate left turn into driveway.
