당사의 애플리케이션 랩(application lab)은 생산 시점을 단축시키는 유용한 자산입니다. 어셈블리 전문가 팀은 원하는 용접 접합 결과가 나올 수 있도록 금형강(mold steel)을 절삭하기 전에 미리 애플리케이션을 확인할 수 있습니다. 따라서 제작을 신속하게 하고 금형 변경에 따른 비용을 절약할 수 있습니다. 다음과 같은 작업에 도움을 드립니다:

• 소재 용접성 테스트
• 실제 툴링 테스트 및 용접 분석

We conduct no-charge/no-obligation application evaluation and feasibility testing in our applications laboratories located at our headquarters in St. Charles, Illinois, USA, or at any of our conveniently located Regional Technical Centers. Your application is reviewed and samples are run on a variety of Dukane assembly equipment. Our applications engineers inspect the samples after assembly and make sure they meet your requirements.

You receive a formal lab report detailing setup conditions and process parameters. Power and Velocity graphs of the actual data obtained while assembling the samples are also included.
